Live SC clearance Shape the Future of Digital Transformation We are seeking an experienced Digital Organisation Design and Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic digital change within a complex, security-conscious environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable transformation professional to lead the design and implementation of digital operating models, enabling organisational growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future digital organisation, ensuring people, processes, and technology are aligned to deliver long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of digital transformation strategies and programmes. Design and implement future-focused digital operating models that support organisational objectives. Drive organisational design initiatives, including workforce planning and capability development for digital-first organisations. Lead change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across the business. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and securing alignment on transformation priorities.

Balance programme delivery requirements within a highly regulated and security-conscious environment. Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation best practice, governance, and organisational readiness. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in developing and delivering digital transformation strategies and programmes, ideally within complex engineering, defence, or similarly regulated environments. Strong background in organisational design, including operating model development and workforce planning for digital-first organisations. Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational adoption. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.

Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital programmes while managing competing priorities and organisational constraints. A strategic mindset combined with strong execution and delivery capabilities. Essential Requirements UK Sole National status is required. Applicants must hold sole British nationality and must not have dual citizenship due to security and clearance requirements associated with this role.
