We're supporting a major enterprise Service Now transformation programme within a secure, high-assurance environment. This is a DV-cleared opportunity working on an air-gapped, integration-heavy platform alongside multiple delivery partners.

We're looking for experienced consultants who combine hands-on Service Now platform expertise with a strong background in ITSM/Service Management (ITIL).

• Integration-heavy delivery
• Complex, multi-supplier ecosystem
• Air-gapped, secure infrastructure

• Active DV clearance (essential)
• Strong grounding in ITIL/Service Management environments
• Proven experience delivering Service Now-enabled solutions (not just support/tool usage)
• Ability to operate in secure, structured delivery environments
