Process Analyst

The Process Analyst supports the documentation and analysis of business processes within MBNL’s Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function. Working alongside process owners and subject matter experts, the role helps capture, structure, and maintain end-to-end process documentation in line with agreed standards and governance.

The role focuses on producing clear and consistent process maps and supporting materials that improve understanding of how processes operate across the organisation. It contributes to maintaining accurate documentation and helps ensure processes are correctly recorded and accessible for operational use and review.

Working within defined frameworks, the role supports process discovery activities, assists with workshops, and helps translate operational information into structured BPMN models and supporting documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the capture and documentation of end-to-end business processes
  • Produce ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ BPMN process maps using agreed tools and standards
  • Maintain supporting process documentation including roles, systems, and workflows
  • Assist in workshops by capturing inputs and documenting outcomes
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in process information for review by senior colleagues
  • Maintain process records, version control, and supporting documentation
  • Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to structure and present process information
  • Support embedding of documented processes into day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for
  • Some experience or exposure to process documentation or business analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong skills in Excel and documentation tools
  • Ability to follow standards and apply structured approaches
Desirable
  • Exposure to BPM tools (e.g. GBTEC BIC)
  • Awareness of Lean or continuous improvement concepts
