You will:

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards across Amazon and retailer channels (Excel / Power BI)
  • Analyse key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, share of search and digital shelf performance
  • Support the Amazon and e-commerce leads with:
  • Forecasting
  • Promotional planning
  • Post-campaign analysis
  • Assist with day-to-day account operations, including SKU setup, pricing files and portfolio updates
  • Prepare reporting packs and insights for internal and customer meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with activation and content teams to ensure execution is aligned and optimised
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone early in their career with strong analytical capability and a clear interest in e-commerce.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, analytics or agency environments
  • A strong numerate background (degree in Maths, Economics, Business, Analytics or similar preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation); experience or exposure to Power BI or similar tools
  • The ability to work with complex datasets and extract clear, actionable insights
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and develop in e-commerce
What Makes This Role Different
  • Opportunity to join a brand-new, strategically prioritised e-commerce function
  • Direct exposure to Amazon, which represents the majority of the business
  • Clear progression into Amazon Account Management
  • Broad exposure across:

  • A highly collaborative team environment with no rigid hierarchies
Why Join
  • Be part of a business targeting significant e-commerce growth to 2030
