About the Role

Our Graduate Program is dedicated to attracting and cultivating the next generation of talent in the Falcon Complete team. The program offers competitively paying positions that allow recent graduates to gain real‑world experience and develop essential skills while learning from experienced professionals.

Start & End Dates:
Monday 7th September – Friday 5th March (approximately)

Location:

In Office – Falcon Complete Graduates will work from Crowd Strike’s Reading office.

• Learn about the Falcon platform, internal tooling, and ticketing systems used by Falcon Complete.
• Learn how to triage and analyse a wide variety of security alerts.
• Assist with triage of incoming customer inquiries to assess priority.
• Investigate and respond to requests to ensure customer environments are secure.
• Study Falcon Modules and technologies to appropriately address new and emerging threats.
• Deliver and present a project to create or improve existing security controls or support business objectives.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Manage the Falcon platform and perform administrative tasks such as configuration changes and tuning.
• Handle high pressure situations in a productive and professional manner.

• Fundamental understanding of information security and incident handling.
• Fundamental understanding of network communications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues.
• Desire to grow and expand technical and business skills.
• Graduation in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Maths, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, or a related field by August 2026.

• Experience in incident handling, forensic analysis, or malware analysis.
• Background in computer or network forensic analysis.
• Systems administration knowledge to implement countermeasures.
• Skills in network forensic analysis, malware analysis, incident remediation, network operations, or emerging technologies such as AI/ML in cybersecurity.
