Cyber Sentriq is seeking a Chief Customer Officer to architect the customer retention and expansion function in a cybersecurity scale-up backed by PE. You will own GRR and NRR, run the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, and partner with the CISO and Product to align security posture with business growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will build a CX team, establish governance, deliver board-ready metrics, and help position the company for investor scrutiny as it scales toward $100M
