Your role is IAM Engineer, responsible for Identity and Access Management services globally.

The IAM Engineer will be technically responsible for all Identity services globally, with expertise in Privileged Access Management, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related technologies. The role requires technical breadth and depth, a proven track record of enterprise delivery, and the ability to engage with complex technical topics and drive definitive outcomes.

The role will work closely with the IAM AD Architect and Identity and Platform Security Technical Service owner and will contribute to delivering technically appropriate, business-driven IAM solutions. This role does not include people administration and will provide domain-specific technical leadership in the IAM space for Dev Ops, Tech Ops and HR teams.

• Own AD/AAD Identity and access delivery, interfacing with Delivery partners (Alcor, WWT, etc.) to ensure fit-for-purpose IAM solutions.
• Ensure documentation and change requests are accurate and followed through in accordance with SoX.
• Coordinate and facilitate QA (Audit) escalation issues with delivery partners, Chief IAM Architect and QA/GRC in Elanco.
• Serve as an SME in various forums to assist in analyses, projects, and programs, ensuring technical soundness and delivery of expected outcomes.
• Establish strong partnerships across the technical community, Information Security and application owners to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Deep dive key initiatives as needed to resolve major incidents, address complex problems, or realize opportunities.
• Help embed security, privacy, data protection, and quality assurance across IT.
• Collaborate with operational teams and Chief Architects to understand current and future IAM requirements.
• Work with L1-3 IAM/Identity support teams to establish operational capabilities (e.g., credentials, system reviews, access control in Azure PIM).
• Stay informed on emerging Identity technologies and engage with internal and external communities to share knowledge.

• Experience in technology project leadership, managing and advancing complex, global environments and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 2+ years of experience across Identity, including Privileged Access Management, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access and Entra .
• Experience with public cloud architecture (Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Experience executing large-scale, transformative strategic plans.
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills, capable of communicating complex ideas across IT and third parties to drive alignment and outcomes.
