Graduate Solutions Consultant x2 – Solutions Engineer, Support, Training, Development, Implementation, Presales, Linux, Python, Bash, TAM (Technical Account Manager)

High growth company based in the heart of Reading seeks several Graduate Solutions Consultants to work in a bright and enthusiastic agile team, delivering their groundbreaking and cutting edge enterprise automation products to their clients. This role might be for you if you are passionate about customer service and projects focused on the adoption of new technology to solve business problems.

Some of the areas you will be involved in include gathering requirements, building and maintaining solutions, implementation, support, training and eventually working with customers in a pre‑ and post‑sales engagement.

The company has solid funding and a high growth trajectory. The role will be hybrid, 3 days in the office in central Reading per week.

• Likely to have a degree in a Technology/Computing/Scientific discipline.
• Interest in building a career in a customer‑focused role – e.g. implementation, support, consulting, project management.
• Technical knowledge from a degree or from home study/projects (likely to have Python or Type Script or other development language exposure).
• Live in or near Reading in Berkshire.

Salary for the Graduate Solutions Consultant role will depend on experience, but expect between £28,000 and £35,000 + pension, socials, regular salary reviews, 25 days holiday rising to 28 days after your first year and a lot more!
