EVEREC is seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Support Manager to lead a growing EV charging technical support function in Berkshire. The role blends hands-on engineering with people leadership to support installation partners, customers and internal teams.
You'll manage a small team initially, expand the function, diagnose complex charger faults, drive product improvements and ensure excellent customer experience across AC/DC charging systems.
