Join our End User Services team and help improve the technology experience for colleagues across Defra. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Assistive Technology services while contributing to service improvements that make everyday technology easier to access, use and support.

You will work with users, suppliers and service teams to understand needs, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve services. You will help ensure colleagues can access the tools and support they need to work effectively, while helping shape improvements that benefit users across the organisation.

This is a varied role that combines service delivery, user experience, accessibility and product management. You will support improvement initiatives, explore opportunities for automation and simplification, and help turn user insight into practical changes that improve outcomes for colleagues.
