Support Engineer Smart Buildings
Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements- Good technical experience with Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC building controls
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with stakeholders, customers, and external service providers
- Strong customer service skills with a professional approach and a commitment to meeting customer expectations
- Ability to provide technical support, coaching, and direction
- Agile working approach with flexibility to support an on-call rota structure
- Full driving licence, as the role requires travel to different sites
- Carry out BMS pre-planned maintenance, small upgrades, and additional works
- Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns during core business hours and as part of the out-of-hours standby team
- Identify system improvements, including upgrades, system enhancements, and software improvements, to help manage energy performance efficiently
- Provide detailed and concise reports based on onsite activities
