IN2 Consult is partnering with a growing business in Reading to recruit an experienced Business Insights Manager to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in transforming data into commercial value.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, you'll combine technical expertise with commercial understanding to deliver meaningful insights that improve performance, identify opportunities, and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Partner with the Business- Build strong relationships with internal leaders and client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, using data to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Analyse multiple data sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Present clear, commercially focused recommendations that influence business outcomes and improve overall performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify areas for optimisation.
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility of business performance.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, relevant and accessible to a range of stakeholders.
- Champion best practice in data management, governance and quality.
- Support the evolution of data processes, models and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Work with technical teams to optimise data structures and automate reporting where possible.
- Lead analytics projects from concept through to implementation.
- Identify new ways to leverage data, improve processes and enhance business performance.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and analytical techniques that can add value to the business.
- Experience using data to solve business challenges and influence strategic decisions.
- Ability to balance analytical thinking with commercial awareness.
- Proven experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis in a simple, engaging way.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying and managing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation platforms.
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modelling.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture, including Azure, is highly desirable.
