Job DescriptionThepurposeofthisroleistoimplementautomatedpensionscalculations.
Tobesuccessful,youshouldbeproficientintheuseofT-SQL,XMLandabletoworkwellaspartofateam.
Youareabletosuccessfullyimplementcalculationautomationforavarietyofbenefitdesigns,toclientandlegislativerequirements.
Ultimately,demonstratingstrongknowledgeandexperienceintheirarea,soundtechnicalknowledgeaswellasexceptionalanalytical,communication,andcustomerserviceskills.
Descriptionandresponsibilities:
- Youareprimarilyresponsiblefortheimplementationandmaintenanceofpensionsbenefitcalculations,Defined Benefitand Defined Contributionschemedesigns ,pensionincreases,equalisedGMPsandvaluations
- Additionaldutiesincludetheconfigurationofworkflows,datamaintenancescreens,interfaceswithothersystems,pensionerpayroll,datamigrationsandreport
- Meetingwithclientstogatherrequirements
- Communicatingwithclientsthroughoutthesoftwarecustomisationprocesstoobtainfeedbackandapproval.
- Customisingsoftwaresystemsbasedonclients’individualneedsandspecifications.
- Creatingdocumentationforclientsandforinternalusewhereappropriate
- Supportinthesoftwarereleaseprocesswhenrequired.
- Supportinthesoftwareupgradeprocesswhenrequired.
- Buildcredibilitywithteammembersandallinternalandexternalclients
