We’re currently partnered with a leading organisation that is looking for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team on a 12-month FTC
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Workday professional to play a key role in supporting and improving the organisation’s HRIS landscape, working closely with HR and wider business stakeholders.
The RoleAs a Workday HRIS Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Workday platform, with a particular focus on HCM and Recruiting
.
You’ll work across configuration, troubleshooting, process improvements and stakeholder requirements, helping to ensure Workday continues to effectively support the wider HR function.
About You- Strong hands-on Workday experience
, particularly across HCM and Recruiting - Solid understanding of Workday configuration, business processes and troubleshooting
- Experience working with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Exposure to additional Workday modules would be highly beneficial
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work independently
- £65,000–£70,000 annual salary
- 12-month fixed-term contract
