PermanentWMS Technical Support Lead Belfast | Hybrid Working (1 day per week onsite)

We're looking for an experienced WMS Technical Support Lead to take ownership of the Oracle Warehouse Management System within a large-scale enterprise environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading support activities, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
You'll become the technical authority for Oracle WMS, working alongside functional consultants, integration specialists and business stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to perform at the highest level while supporting future enhancements and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing As the WMS Technical Support Lead, you'll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration and enhancement of Oracle WMS, ensuring critical warehouse operations remain available and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading support for Oracle WMS within a complex enterprise environment.
Managing incidents, problems, changes and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.Delivering configuration changes and technical enhancements across Oracle WMS.Supporting application releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
Acting as the technical escalation point for WMS-related issues.
Working closely with Integration and Reporting teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand new requirements and translate them into practical Oracle WMS solutions.
Promoting Oracle WMS best practice while reducing unnecessary customisation.
Identifying technical risks and ensuring issues are resolved before they impact business operations.
What We're Looking For We're seeking an Oracle WMS specialist with strong technical capability and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
You'll ideally have experience with:
Oracle WMS Technical Expertise Oracle Warehouse Management System configuration and support
Oracle eBusiness SuiteSQL query development
Oracle WMS APIsREST & SOAP services XML / JSON integrations
Oracle WMS core tables
Warehouse reporting support
Warehouse Operations KnowledgeA solid understanding of warehouse processes including:
Inbound Purchase Order ReceivingASN Processing Cross Docking Directed Putaway Transfer ReceiptsRMA Processing Outbound Sales Order Fulfilment Wave Planning Picking Packing Shipping Carrier Integration Label Printing Inventory Management Cycle Counting Replenishment Inventory Adjustments Stock Transfers LPN Management Inventory Visibility Configuration Experience You'll be comfortable configuring warehouse environments including:
Warehouse structures
Locations Zones Aisles Bays Bin locations
Putaway rules
Picking rules
Allocation strategies
Inventory control parameters
Task configuration
Nice to Have
Experience with :
Oracle SCMVoice technologies
Enterprise warehouse integrations
