Data Administrator

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing organisation within the commercial services sector, supporting a wide portfolio of clients across the UK. • Reconcile and match data across multiple systems using unique identifiers
• Carry out data cleansing activities within the Client, Site & Contract Management System
• Analyse and interpret data from different sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with operational teams to verify and validate information
• Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and integrity
• Support ongoing improvements to data processes and systems

• Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
• Highly methodical, accurate, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working with data across multiple systems
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and reconcile data effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
• Experience working with operational systems or databases (desirable)
• Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and governance
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage workload independently

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity to develop data experience.

• £16-£17 per hour, (depending on experience)
• Hybrid working arrangement - (very flexible)
