We are actively looking for an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team in Southend. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, where you will receive full on-the-job training and support to gain industry-recognised qualifications.

• You will enjoy conversations with people, listening and building relationships so we really understand our clients and their requirements.

• You have strong problem-solving skills and can develop tailor-made solutions for unique client needs.

• Experience is preferred, but we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and support through industry qualifications.

• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. You may focus on areas such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc.—loving what you do helps you build rapport and provide the best solutions.

• You are ambitious. We promote from within—every leader started as an Insurance Advisor. We provide tools and opportunities to succeed.
