This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Reading Area for an MGA and Facilities Expert. The role involves managing and overseeing delegated authority agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring underwriting performance, providing technical support and guidance to teams, analyzing facility performance, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. The role also requires collaboration across teams to optimize operational workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing delegated authorities, underwriting performance, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, facility performance measurement, and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Proficiency in process improvement and operational workflow management
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail
• Relevant experience in the commercial insurance industry or risk management field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field is a plus
