• Managing and supporting a designated commercial client portfolio
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and queries with confidence
• Working closely with insurers and internal teams to secure the best outcomes

• Strong experience in a Commercial Account Handler role
• Exposure to a varied commercial lines book
• Working knowledge of Acturis
• Confident communicator - on the phone and face to face

• High levels of integrity and professionalism
