• ProduceEDMcontent,includingcoordinatingwithdesignersonadjustments,creatingcustomerlistsandEDMdistribution.
• Executeon-site campaigns,includingcampaignsetup,launch,monitoring,andreal-timeoptimisationbasedonperformance.
• Collect,analyse,andinterpretcustomerandcampaigndatatogenerateactionableinsightsandimprovecampaigneffectiveness.
• Continuouslymonitorandanalysecompetitors’on-sitecampaignsandCRMactivitiestoidentifyinsightsandopportunities.
• Supportthedevelopmentandoptimisationofloyaltyprogramstoenhancecustomerlifetimevalue.
• Support day-to-daye-commerceplatformoperations,includingproductlistings,content updates,campaign setup,andmerchandisingactivities..
• Provideexecutionsupportfortrafficacquisitionchannels(e.g.,paidmedia,affiliates) asneeded.

• ExperiencewithCRMtoolsormarketingautomationplatforms(e.g.,Mailchimp,Klaviyo,etc.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,especially
