Leading national law firm’s property team is seeking an experienced real‑estate lawyer to join as a Professional Support Lawyer. The team covers Commercial Real Estate (including Planning & Environment), Residential Property, Property Litigation, and Project & Cost Management across the UK. The successful candidate will build and develop a knowledge management toolkit for commercial and residential lawyers, collaborate with IT and Learning & Development to create a central knowledge database, liaise with Business Development to build a lawyer biography library, support internal training and re‑invigorate the Property Academy for junior lawyers, and deliver bespoke client‑facing training.
The role can be based in any South‑East office.
- Build and develop a knowledge management toolkit for commercial and residential lawyers.
- Collaborate with IT and Learning & Development to create a central knowledge database.
- Work with Business Development to build the lawyer biography library.
- Develop and deliver internal training and re‑invigorate the Property Academy for junior lawyers.
- Provide bespoke client‑facing training and monthly updates to lawyers.
- At least 8 years PQE as a real‑estate lawyer.
- Excellent technical knowledge in property law.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in a client‑facing role at city, national, or regional practice.
- Open to part‑time or agile working arrangements.
