Property Litigation Associate 1 PQE+ - Leading National Law firm

A highly regarded leading UK law firm with “Platinum Standard” Investors in People is seeking a Property Litigation Associate to join their Reading office.

You will join one of the largest Property Litigation teams in the UK with extensive experience advising occupiers, investors and developers. The team acts for household names in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors across large portfolios, as well as institutional landlords, funds and trusts.

You will advise on areas including rights to light and other easement disputes, development agreements, joint‑venture disputes and restrictive covenants. The team also advises on niche areas such as property‑related telecommunication issues, judicial review and agricultural law.

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in property litigation, advising on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters.
• Experience with general landlord and tenant issues, including forfeiture, dilapidations, rent arrears and possession actions.
