An award-winning Top 50 UK law firm is seeking an experienced, ambitious and client-focused Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing Thames Valley team in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive residential property team working on high-quality matters, offering strong career development alongside flexible hybrid working.

You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious residential property matters, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and bespoke legal solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling a varied caseload including:

• Sales and purchases
• Rem-re mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Voluntary first registrations
• Lease extensions
• Delivering high standards of client care and technical excellence
• Supporting and supervising junior team members
• Collaborating across teams to share knowledge and drive best practice
• Contributing to business development and cross-referral opportunities
• Building strong and lasting client relationships

The team operates electronically and offers hybrid working, with an expectation of approximately three days in the office (subject to team and client needs).
