Clinical Negligence Lawyer, NQ, Berkshire, Up to 40-50,000 (DOE). This growing Legal 500 firm is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled lawyer to join its dynamic and supportive Clinical Negligence team, where your expertise will make a real difference.

You will enjoy a high level of autonomy, managing complex cases from start to finish in a proactive, commercially focused manner. You will liaise regularly with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders, providing clear advice and maintaining strong working relationships.
Key responsibilities include agreeing case strategy with the Team Leader, identifying matters ready for LOC, settlement, or service, and ensuring all relevant information is gathered to progress cases efficiently. You will manage your own caseload, coordinate with internal and external parties, draft key legal documents, negotiate settlements, and issue and serve proceedings where required.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or have equivalent experience in clinical negligence within a fee-earning role. You will have strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and drafting ability, and a high level of attention to detail. You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness within a legal environment, excellent client care skills, and a flexible, results-driven approach with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
