As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced solicitors and legal executives on a broad range of property transactions. • Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
• Conducting searches and handling Land Registry applications.
• Supporting post-completion processes and file closure procedures.
• Providing a professional and responsive service to clients.
