RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING – SENIOR ROLE – A fascinating opportunity at a substantial Home Counties firm. –SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING OPPORTUNITY – BUCKINGHAMSHIRE –Residential Property Solicitor / Partner – (5+ PQE) –An outstanding high-level opportunity for a Lawyer with a solid background in Residential Property matters to join this thriving full service firm at a senior level. This is an important role for the firm and we are seeking a very special candidate.
This is a senior and discreet team-leading appointment, and any application will be treated in the utmost confidence. You will be entering the firm as an integral part of the management, benefiting from a very supportive team and the position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm and possible Partnership.
You will need a minimum of five years PQE and a solid background in a full range of Property matters including all aspects of the buying and selling process, including buy-to-let, bridging loans, commercial and development, legal issues, finances and contracts, with proven fee earning, team management and client development skills.
Lateral Partner moves would also be considered here.
