Farrar Levin Legal Recruitment represents a strong regional law firm in Suffolk seeking a Commercial Property lawyer with 3+ years' PQE to manage a broad client portfolio.
You will run your own caseload of commercial property matters—freehold/leasehold transactions, leases, renewals and development work—with support from the team on larger files. The role calls for excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
