Forte Legal is seeking a junior lawyer to join their funds team ASAP. The role focuses on fund formation, regulatory matters and project coordination, working with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and advisers to move fund matters from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience in funds/fund formation, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple work streams with immediacy and enthusiasm. Initial 3–6 month engagement with potential extension.
