Key Responsibilities Managing a mixed caseload of private family law matters. Handling divorce , financial remedy , private children matters , and cohabitation disputes . Drafting statements, consent orders, agreements, and court applications. Conducting advocacy where appropriate. Building strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives. Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases. Key Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law (NQ to Senior considered).

Experience handling private family matters. Strong communication, drafting, and client-care skills. Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
