Castrol is recruiting a Head of Procurement Global Indirect Categories to lead the new global Indirect Procurement organisation. The role drives end-to-end sourcing, category strategies and supplier partnerships across multiple indirect categories, with a USD 0.8b spend footprint.
You will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and manage change in a hybrid work environment. This is a Castrol requisition with transition details as the divestment progresses.
