Lead, Vehicle Planning

• Process vehicle orders and support Porsche Centres with correct vehicle specifications
• Update vehicle specifications in PVMS following Porsche AG changes
• Share ordering deadlines, monitor performance, and ensure accurate, timely submissions
• Manage production quotas, quota swaps, and allocation changes with Porsche AG's Volume Planning Team
• Monitor the Porsche Vehicle Registration Management system and support successful vehicle registration
• Maintain Paint to Sample exterior colour codes for vehicle taxation and registration
• Support Porsche Centres with vehicle ordering and delivery queries
• Communicate production updates, option restrictions, and delays to the Centre Network
• Track vehicle production and delivery progress and liaise with Porsche AG to support on-time delivery
• Work with logistics partners to ensure efficient vehicle distribution across the UK
• Coordinate vehicle shipments to Jersey and the Isle of Man, including customs requirements
• Provide guidance and training on PVMS and vehicle planning processes
• Ensure Certificate of Conformity documents are distributed in line with compliance requirements

• Experience in administration, planning, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Automotive industry experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of vehicle ordering or logistics processes (desirable)
• Experience using planning or order management systems (desirable)
• Willingness to travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays (desirable)

Demonstrates expertise in vehicle order processing, logistics coordination, and compliance management within the automotive industry. Proficient in utilizing planning systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to ensure accurate vehicle specifications and timely deliveries.
