Our client, a well-established family‑run service centre in Reading, is keen to recruit a dedicated Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly environment that focuses on quality and building lasting customer relationships.
Benefits- Competitive basic salary (£35,000 - £44,000)
- Up to £12,000 annual bonus
- Overtime pay with potential earnings up to £60,000
- Monday to Friday working week
- Alternating Saturdays paid at enhanced rates

- Servicing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Diagnosing faults and resolving issues to high standards
- Conducting MOT tests for Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles
- Ensuring work is completed within set time frames
- Maintaining the company’s reputation through quality work
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Valid Class 4 and Class 7 MOT licences
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Eagerness to develop your skills and knowledge
- Relevant experience is desirable but not essential
