Overview

JD Gyms is a fast-growing gym chain investing over £1.5m to create high‑quality, stylish environments for our members. We are looking for a cleaning specialist who is meticulous, has strong interpersonal skills, and can maintain our brand standards while engaging with members.

• Adhere to the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe for use.
• Ensure the gym facility consistently meets the highest cleanliness standards.
• Maintain personal uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• Deliver outstanding member service and support colleagues through training videos.
• Perform any other reasonable duties related to gym maintenance.

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.
