Clean Team Member – Reading FWC

Cleaning – Permanent contract – Part time

Salary: £27,248 pro rata (23 hours per week)

• Plan and organise cleaning duties with support from a Team Leader to ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers.
• Use the latest cleaning equipment, products and equipment safely (e.g., scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
• Clean and prepare a range of areas including gym, changing rooms, showers, poolside, and perform waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
• Maintain care for customers and take pride in your work, ensuring all cleaning processes are followed and the location remains clean, pleasant and safe.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and equipment safety guidelines, including scheduled maintenance of cleaning machines.
