KEY ACCOUNT FIRE & SECURITY ENGINEER Reading Area | £40,000 - £50,000  Company Vehicle  Overtime  Training CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the trusted engineering lead for key clients, delivering exceptional service, solving technical challenges and helping shape long-term customer relationships.

Work with prestigious key accounts What You Will Be Doing Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects Building strong relationships with customer contacts Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service
