Festival Litter Picker Role - Reading Festival
Dates: 26th August to 2nd September 2026
Shifts between 6:00am and 8:00pm (8 hours a day)
No Access to the Festival

Reed is looking for a few reliable Sweepers to join the team at Reading Festival from 26th August to 2nd September.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping grounds around the festival clean and tidy
- Sweeping public and staff areas
- Collecting litter and helping maintain a safe environment
- Working as part of a friendly, supervised team
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
