Thames Water is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site power maintenance activities and supervise contractor teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery and accurate record-keeping across our operations.
You will identify risks, coordinate quality checks, and drive continuous improvement while supporting resilience objectives. The role can be based at sites in London, Reading or the Thames Valley area with a 36-hour week.
