Dorset Council is seeking an R&M Maintenance Manager to lead its Assets & Property team during a transformation period. You will direct a team of Repairs & Maintenance Surveyors to maintain and improve the operational estate, including offices, libraries, depots and service buildings.
You will drive maintenance performance, ensure safety and compliance, and support the council's long-term asset strategy and sustainability objectives across a diverse property portfolio.
