Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Caretaker to join our team in Surrey. The role involves general upkeep and maintenance of the site, keeping it clean and well maintained, carrying out basic repairs, and reporting any damage or safety issues.
You will monitor security, assist contractors and visitors, conduct regular checks of the building and surrounding areas, manage waste and maintain presentable communal areas, and follow all health and safety procedures.
