  • Ensure visibility of mid- and short-term capacity risks and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Manage radiologist holiday and leave planning to ensure adequate service coverage.
  • Respond to ad-hoc volume or service requests, balancing client service with resource availability.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

(“Medium” level radiologist contact as agreed)

  • Build strong working relationships with radiologists, fostering trust and transparency regarding capacity and scheduling matters.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Units, Operations and Medical leadership to anticipate capacity needs and resolve service or planning escalations promptly.
  • Participate in onboarding processes for new radiologists in relation to capacity and scheduling.

  • Monitor performance indicators (TAT, accessibility, utilisation, WS usage) and highlight capacity constraints or risks.
  • Support the adoption of new tools, automation and process improvements within capacity management.
  • Contribute to audits, gap analyses and reporting to drive data-based decisions and operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in workforce planning, scheduling or capacity management, ideally within a healthcare, medical, or 24/7 service environment.
