Regional Sales Manager - floor coverings

Area: South

• We are partnered with a leading brand / floor coverings manufacturer who are looking to strengthen their senior management team in the South.
• As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible managing a team of 4 external Area Sales Managers that sell into the independent retail channel (covering territories across the South).
• You will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring a talented team of field sales professionals driving revenue growth, market share and customer satisfaction.
• As part of the Regional Sales Managers role, you will also managing / supporting a couple of retail key accounts.

The Candidate for the Regional Sales Manager role
