We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Air Conditioning Installations. The position will be working for a very well established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Company that deal with high calibre commercial clients throughout Berkshire, Hampshire and London. This Project Manager will be dealing with projects ranging from £5,000 to £500,00. Installing air conditioning units that include splits, ahu s and vrv s.

This Project Manager is not running the project on site, however; they will be dealing with adjusting design, site surveys, ordering and organising materials, all financial responsibilities, management of sub contractors as well as commissioning and snagging.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background as a Project Manager or has worked as a senior installation engineer looking for the next step in their career. We do need this person to have a technical understanding of air conditioning.

• Adjust design and site surveys
• Order and organise materials
• Manage all financial responsibilities of projects
• Management of subcontractors
• Commissioning and snagging
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track

• Strong background in Air Conditioning Installations
• Experience running installation projects
• Full UK Driving licence
• SMSTS is preferred but can be organised
• Based in a commutable location to Reading
• Must have experience in dealing with the financial responsibility of a project
