We’re looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join a busy Reading centre. You’ll be hands‑on, visible, and at the heart of the action — managing day‑to‑day operations, supporting the team, delighting customers, and driving revenue across flexible space, short‑term licences, and additional services.
What you’ll do:- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships
- Drive occupancy and revenue, including ancillary income streams
- Lead the team, support development, and manage rotas
- Oversee smooth centre operations, health & safety, and facilities
- Assist with budgets, reporting, and performance tracking
- Experienced in customer-facing, operational or supervisory roles
- Commercially minded with a track record of hitting targets
- Confident, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
