The Opportunity

Nutriseed is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee the end-to-end operational functions of the business. This role will be responsible for managing key departments, including Food Production & Dispatch, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Product Development, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across teams.

This position is designed for a strategic and execution-focused leader who can align our people, processes, and technology to drive operational excellence. You will be the Integrator in our business—working alongside the Founder to execute the vision and scale the company effectively.

What We Need From Our Head of Operations Leadership & Operations Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and execute an operational strategy aligned with Nutriseed’s growth goals.
  • Plan and implement business processes and systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and accountability.
  • Manage Food Production & Fulfilment, ensuring high standards of production, quality control, and compliance (HACCP/SALSA).
  • Oversee Health & Safety, ensuring industry best practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Optimize Purchasing & Inventory Control, ensuring efficient stock management and cost control.
  • Ensure Customer Experience, Service & Support remains a top priority, driving retention and satisfaction.
  • Implement IT & technology solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Align and embed the values, culture, and resources to attract and engage the very best talent.
  • Build the team and resources to support exceptional service delivery and ambitious growth goals.
  • P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Drive business planning and strategy to meet short- and long-term vision and mission goals.
Your Role as an Integrator

As Head of Operations, you will also serve as Nutriseed’s Integrator, playing a crucial role in executing the company’s vision. This means:

  • Ensuring all key operational functions are aligned and rowing in the same direction.
  • Holding teams accountable for achieving business objectives.
  • Identifying and solving operational bottlenecks proactively.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the Founder/CEO, translating high-level ideas into structured, executable plans.
  • Ensuring that communication across the business is consistent, transparent, and effective.
