Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 per annum

The Role

An established design & build interior contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery, quality, and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Projects range from £500k to £20m, typically £1.5m–£4.5m. The role will involve spending around three days per week on a major project, with the remaining time split between smaller sites or working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects
Managing site teams, programme, and performance
Driving quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Supporting commercial performance and margin control
Working closely with project managers, commercial teams, and designers
Ensuring projects are delivered on programme and budget
Managing client relationships and reporting Requirements

Strong background in interior fit-out or D&B construction
Experience delivering projects £1m–£20m
Proven ability managing multiple sites simultaneously
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Excellent programme and delivery focus
SMSTS/CSCS preferred
