As Warehouse Team Manager, (Mon-Fri & Days) you will play a significant part in the running of an extremely fast-paced distribution centre, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and employee development.

• People Management:
  Lead, motivate, and coach warehouse staff to meet team goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Operational Control:
  Manage daily warehouse tasks such as picking, receiving, replenishment, and loading stock in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols and legislation and conduct regular audits.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor productivity, carry out investigations, and manage absence or performance issues.
• Planning:
  Coordinate workloads to meet daily and weekly service targets.

• Proven experience leading large teams in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and warehouse legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment within an in-house or 3PL business.
