We’re Hiring: PMO Lead/Manager | Onshore | Public Sector Programme

Travel 2 days a week to Bristol, Andover, UK

• Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Manager within Defence or complex government programmes.
• Demonstrated experience managing full P3M scope across large-scale programmes (preferably HMG Category
  
  A).
  • Scheduling and integrated planning
  • Risk & opportunity management
  • Cost control and financial management
  • Benefits realisation
• Experience producing senior-level reporting, board packs, and governance artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with SROs, SLT, and Boards.
• Experience leading and mentoring PMO teams.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
