- Oversee adaptation of master creatives across formats, languages, and regions; maintain templates, guidelines, and workflow tools to drive efficiency and automation.
- Produce campaign visual documents for stakeholder review (Marketing Planning & Product Business Partners).
- Build and manage a print production platform; oversee global supplier relationships, scheduling, capacity planning, and campaign/BAU timelines.
- Ensure adherence to print quality, colour consistency, and material specifications; drive innovation and maintain preferred material standards with partners.
- Manage logistics and distribution to hubs and stores; act as central point for store print requirements, supporting rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and in-store compliance.
- Own budget tracking, cost optimisation, vendor negotiations, and reporting; ensure alignment with annual financial plans.
- Lead governance and continuous improvement: implement feedback loops, SLAs, sustainability initiatives, and waste reduction across print operations.
We want every person in our organisation to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role:
- 7+ years’ experience in print production, artwork management, or creative operations, ideally within retail or multi-site environments.
- Proven track record managing external print vendors across multiple regions and coordinating large-scale, multi-country campaign rollouts.
- Strong expertise in artwork creation processes, including adaptation, proofing, and production readiness.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in workflow and project management tools (e.g., Story Teq) to drive efficiency and delivery.
- Solid understanding of print production methods (digital, large format, POS/POP), materials, finishing, and colour management.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder/vendor negotiation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a pragmatic, problem‑solving mindset; able to balance speed, accuracy, cost efficiency and communicate effectively across creative, commercial, and operational teams.
