Business Change Project Manager - Training / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects that improve processes, services, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and project controls.
- Drive business adoption and successful change outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering business change projects.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- PRINCE2, APMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience with in telecommunications, infrastructure, or similar operational environments.
- Exposure to transformation, training, or organisational change programmes.
