It is an excellent opportunity for a proven marketing leader to step into a visible regional role and make an immediate impact within a dynamic, purpose‑led organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow Kenvue’s Essential Health portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, including brands such as Listerine, Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno Baby, o.b. and Carefree.
  • Own full P&L accountability, shape the 3‑Year Operating Plan, and translate strategy into strong execution and sustainable growth.
  • Represent Northern Europe in partnership with Global Brand Development Teams, bringing local market insight to shape strategy, innovation, and communication.
  • Partner closely with regional deployment and cross‑functional teams to align business priorities, activation plans, and innovation opportunities that drive growth.
  • Work across Brand Activation, Customer Development, HCP, Media, RGM, Finance, and other key functions to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Use data, insights, and performance analysis to identify commercial opportunities and guide decision‑making.
  • Build an inclusive, high‑performing culture by developing talent, coaching leaders, and strengthening team engagement.
  • Contribute to the Marketing Leadership Team by shaping strategy, improving ways of working, and driving broader business impact.
What You’ll Bring

  • Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to develop talent, lead through others, and build inclusive, high‑performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and strategic planning experience.
  • Strong experience in the UK market is essential.
  • Experience leading across complex, cross‑functional organisations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and global partners.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, content development, media strategy, and data‑driven marketing.
  • Experience in Consumer Health, Personal Care, or adjacent categories is preferred.
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and the ability to lead through change with clarity and impact.
